Pixie Dust Time

Danny and I finally got Izzy enrolled into girl's soccer this year. We have been looking forward to getting her started for sometime now, but had to wait until she was old enough. We looked around at a couple of different leagues in our area but found one, Colleyville as the best option. Their fields are about 2 miles from our house and the system is one of the best in the area.

They set up the Age 5 girls with 6 on a team. 3 girls play at a time with no goaly. Izzy got chosen to be on the Pixie's team. At our first practice we found out we would be wearing hot pink and black! The coaches are two moms, Michelle and Betsy. Both have been awesome to watch and teach this year. Our first game was August 22nd. We lost.... but fought extremely hard. They don't keep score in their games... but you know ever parent has it in their head regardless.
